Tourist taxes to be paid on site.

The tourist tax is in addition to the applicable rate: it is 5% of the price (excluding tax) of the night per occupant (with a maximum of €2.30). This rate is then increased by 10% for the additional departmental tax (with a maximum of €4.40)

Children under 18 are exempt from tourist tax.

Provide sheets

The rental of sheets which is 18 € per pair (notify us when signing the contract) - the rental of a cot at 18 € or a baby kit (bed, bath, high chair) at 30 € - 20 € per week and per animal / - Towel pack: €8 per person / - Sheet and towel kit for 2 people: €30

CLEANING :

You must leave the apartment clean when you leave, i.e.: cleaning of the floors (apartment, terrace, loggia) - cleaning of the sanitary and household appliances - dusting of the furniture (don't forget the drawers) - removal leftover food products You have the option of entrusting this work to a company that will carry it out (except for cleaning household appliances and dishes) for a price of 70 to 110 €
